The Carr Fire challenge coin is 1-3/4″ in diameter and nickel plated with hard enamel. The font of the coin shows final perimeter of fire that started on July 23, 2018.  The back shows the Redding Sundial Bridge.  The edge of the coin is stamped with the names of those who sacrificed their life during this fire fight.

The Carr Fire started July 23, 2018 near Whiskeytown, CA.  It grew to 229,651 acres and destroyed 1,079 residences, 22 commercial structures, 503 outbuildings destroyed – 190 residences, 26 commercial structures, and 61 outbuildings damaged.  Lives that were given in the effort to fight the blaze are:

    Thanks so much for making such a wonderful coin that helps to remember those that gave their lives for us(Andrew Brake will always be my hero) and something that also gives back to their family in this time of need!! The coin is beautiful and solid just like our heroes!!
